A hammam gift set brings several products together around a shared purpose. For a brand, shop or spa, preparation starts with a simple question: what should the recipient understand? Product selection, presentation and the information provided should form a clear whole. Here is a method for shaping your project before asking a supplier for a proposal.

Choose an occasion and recipient

First define the context: an introduction to your range, a gift for spa clients or a collection for a shop. A discovery set can focus on a small number of products in easy-to-carry sizes. A presentation for customers already familiar with your products can feature more generous sizes.

Specify the intended sales channel and its constraints. A set shipped individually requires thought about protection during transport; a set displayed on a shelf needs to remain easy to identify and handle.

Select complementary products

Start with the products actually available and their usage instructions. Black soap and ghassoul can be starting points for a hammam-inspired selection, but putting them in the same box does not mean they should be mixed or used according to an improvised routine.

For each product, check its exact name, format, user information and role in the set. Avoid adding items simply to fill the box. A short, clearly explained selection may be easier to present than an assortment whose products have unclear roles.

Size the box around the products

Request the actual container dimensions before finalising the set. Account for weight, closures and the space needed for inserts. A mock-up using the correct bottles and jars helps check how securely everything is held and how easily it can be unpacked.

  • Number of products and dimensions of each container.
  • Label positions when the box is opened.
  • Product stability when the box is moved.
  • Space reserved for an introductory card.
  • Outer protection if the set will be shipped.

Prepare clear presentation materials

A card can explain the set’s concept and identify the included products. It should remain consistent with each product’s information and must not replace information that needs to accompany the products. Have the text reviewed before printing and check which languages are needed for the target markets.

On the sales page, specify the pack sizes and included accessories precisely. Decorative elements used in a photo should be distinguished from the contents actually sold to avoid ambiguity.

Organise assembly and replenishment

Specify who receives the components, who assembles the sets and who checks their contents before dispatch. A gift set draws on several stocks: products, boxes, inserts and printed materials. A single missing component can delay assembly.

Before confirming the order, approve a complete sample and keep its composition as a reference. Then ask how changes in size or presentation will be handled for future replenishment. This helps maintain a consistent offer across orders.
