This policy explains how WHITWEST GROUP (“Whitwest Groupe”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through www.whitwestgroupe.com, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Quote and contact requests: company name, contact name, email address, phone number, country, the products or services you are interested in, estimated quantity, your message and, if you choose to add one, an attached file (brief, specification).
- WhatsApp: if you contact us through the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Technical and audience data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics, and the server logs of our hosting.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your request, prepare a quotation and follow up on a potential business relationship (pre-contractual measures taken at your request).
- To measure and improve the website’s audience and content (only with your consent, given through the cookie banner).
- To keep the website secure and working properly (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who receives it
Your requests are stored on our website and are only accessible to authorized Whitwest Groupe staff. Some technical providers process data on our behalf: Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Fonts), ipwho.is (approximate country detection from your IP address, used to pre-fill the country field of our forms), and our hosting provider. Some of these providers are located outside Morocco, including in the United States.
5. How long we keep it
Quote and contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the resulting business relationship, and at most three years after our last contact with you. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
6. Cookies
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics): audience measurement, up to 2 years — only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.
- wwx_consent: remembers your cookie choice, 12 months.
- pll_language: remembers your language choice, 1 year.
- wwx_lang_pref, wwx_geo_country: remember your preferred language and detected country, up to 30 days.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, and delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08 you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@whitwestgroupe.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Morocco’s National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
